I tried to learn Spanish before travelling to Buenos Aires. I was acing my Rosetta Stone lessons and feeling like a confident beginner. Of course, I quickly realized in Buenos Aires that real speakers don't limit themselves Rosetta Stone Level 2 vocabulary. My most frequently used phrase was "No le entendi" or "I do not understand."

I recently decided to broaden my horizons and decided to learn a new language; the question is what should I learn? I’ve asked a few friends and they were useless! Everyone was telling me something different, in the end I have decided to attempt to learn Spanish. I studied Spanish a bit during my time at school but have forgotten most of it! Does anybody know of any reasonably priced but high-quality language learning software?
